How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your HTM Heat Tracking account.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your deletion request.

What will be deleted

• Your HTM Heat Tracking account
• Personal profile information
• Exercise history
• Physiological measurement data associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate legal, security, auditing or regulatory purposes. Such retained data will only be kept for as long as required by applicable law.

Processing time

After verifying your identity, we will process valid account deletion requests within 30 days.
